Applying to CUNY

CUNY's 11 senior colleges and 6 community colleges offer a wide range of degree and program options to students. When applying to a CUNY college as a freshman, it is important to note that the admissions office will look at your high school transcript, your grade point average, your academic courses, and your SAT or ACT scores.

You can apply to any of the CUNY colleges using a single application and may list up to six college choices in order of preference. The college that accepts you will notify you directly-and you will then communicate directly with that college to prepare for enrollment. To fill out an online application to CUNY, please click here and follow the instructions.

Please be aware of the following deadlines to send in a completed application. A completed application consists of the application form and all supporting documentation.
